Ghostbusters Cloverdale Basic Competency Preferences/Requirements 

Communication

A critical competency for teamwork, communication involves listening, speaking, writing, and presenting in a clear and concise way. 

Problem solving

A key competency for any team role, problem solving involves gathering and analyzing information, identifying the problem, and generating and evaluating solutions. 

Adaptability

The ability to adjust to changing conditions, circumstances, and tasks. 

Location

While we're open to about anyone attending events with us, we unfortunately can not trust everyone to represent us and our work so it is strongly preferred that anyone interested in working with our group be located in or near our Putnam County base.

Application Process 

Please be as clear and informative as possible as to why you wish to work with us and how you share our passions and values in your messages. Make sure to follow all directions correctly and we will get back to you ASAP.

All potential members must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any minors are welcome to help a parent on a case by case basis as assessed by a founding member. And will therefore be referred to as a "Junior Ghostbuster" until 18 years of age.

All potential members must attend three (3) Ghostbusters Cloverdale events public events during the span of one calendar year and make themselves and their intention to join known to members of the group before joining.

All potential members must have a Ghostbusters uniform with minimum requirements consisting of the following: A Ghostbusters-style flight suit with custom name patch on the left chest and Ghostbusters logo patch sewn on the right arm. All costs for uniforms/personal equipment is solely the financial responsibility of each individual member and we are not responsible for damages/theft of personal property at our functions.

All potential members must live in the state of Indiana and preferably  in Putnam or surrounding county.

All potential members must submit to a background check. They are usually free at your local police station.

Full membership will be confirmed  by a founding member either in person or by email within 30 days once all requirements have been met. Rejection of membership and reason therein will not be confirmed at all. If you don't hear from us unfortunately,  there is a very good reason.
